I was recommended to Emma from the Nuffield after an operation. I had a one to one session and realised that she was going to be of great help to me. I joined one of her classes and 4 years later having also broken two wrists and had a knee op I am fit and mobile. This is because she is an extremely competent physiotherapist who is able to understand and administer exactly the right treatment in a kind and considerate manner together with her pilates training , a perfect combination . Could not recommend her more highly.

I attended Emma's Clinical Pilates classes for nearly 4 years after she was recommended by friend. Not only was this a great recommendation as far as my health was concerned I was also fortunate to have been coached by a competent and lovely young woman. Sadly Emma has moved away from our area and has just run her last class for us. I will badly miss my weekly "torture" and her encouragement and support but would recommend her to anyone who is considering joining one of her classes. Good Luck Emma.

I was referred for clinical pilates and physiotherapy for chronic back pain. I subsequently had major surgery in the area of my core muscles which also limited my movement, and more recently have been diagnosed with a lower jaw disease requiring facial reconstructive surgery. This has meant that my ability to move, let alone exercise, has at times been extremely limited. However, Emma has quietly, efficiently and without fuss adapted her routines to suit me, enabling me to not only move but achieve a level of physical mobility I had not previously managed for very many years. It probably goes without saying that the original chronic back pain for which I was referred has never come back. Ever. Thanks, Emma.
