Three months after bilateral mastectomy with Dieppe reconstruction, I had hit the wall with my post op recovery. Regular post op physio had finished and my body had become ‘stuck’. My mobility was poor, my posture was a mess and I was pretty sleep deprived! I felt nobody really understood the physical effects on the body from this type of surgery. After four sessions Jane has completely turned me around. She advised right from the start that in order for me to heal, I needed a holistic approach to my body, I.e working on the whole body infrastructure through fascia manipulation. (Including all those historical wear and tear ‘niggles’) Her knowledge and intuition for what’s needed for your body is exceptional. She is passionate about the treatment and has a great bedside manner. I am now upright, I am walking better and I can now do my post op excercises. I can’t thank Jane enough and I would highly recommend her if you find yourself physically and mentally ‘disconnected’ after this type of surgery.
Thank you for your lovely review. I'm delighted your recovery has been so fast and you can now get a good night's sleep. Have a great Christmas. x
Jane is a fascia aficionado who appears to work magic in just a few visits. I am always amazed by how she finds the troublesome points working her way through them from the biggest to the smallest until the issue is resolved. Jane is clearly incredibly passionate about her work and is an undoubted expert in her field. If you live with chronic pain I highly suggest you book in with Jane today! She is a compassionate miracle worker and I can not recommend her highly enough.
After being bedridden for the best part of a year, I began to wake with pain and tightness below my ribs. Over the next 8 months, this pain became more frequent, intense, and lasting. My doctor presumed it was an issue with my gallbladder, although I had no other related symptoms. A conversation with my hairdresser alerted me to Jane’s ability after mentioning that Jane had resolved years of her pain after her appendectomy. Not knowing the actual cause of my pain and having a long wait for a scan with the NHS, I was curious to see if Jane could help. Forty-eight hours after one treatment, I woke up without pain and continue to do so, one month on! Equally profound, was the reduction in stress that accompanied the fear of not knowing what was wrong and the possible impending surgery.
I’m so glad you had a full recovery after just the one session. Thank you for your lovely review. Best wishes, Jane
Jane Haydon’s Physiotherapy specialist technique has helped me enormously, even after just one treatment.
I have had an intermittent deep pain in my right sciatic region for several months.
The pain trickles from my buttock into the front of the thigh down to my knee.
The pain is exacerbated by walking, cooking (preparation of peeling potatoes etc.) and also impinged on my tennis games.
Relief is manageable by sitting down for a few minutes.
I know it is NOT sciatica as I have once had this excruciating experience.
After a thorough examination and Fascial Physiotherapy treatment by Jane Haydon my symptoms have seriously abated.
I have not yet experienced the intermittent pain despite walking, cooking and playing tennis.
I will be straight back to Jane Haydon if symptoms recur.
The Boxgrove team are brilliant.
Jane Haydon and her gentle and thorough technique cannot be recommended highly enough by my positive experience.
My G.P. is impressed by my improvement.
I do not yet have a diagnosis.
I am going to be followed up by the NHS in August.

Hi Sarah, I’m so glad to hear you’ve had such a fantastic response to the treatment. It was lovely meeting and treating you. Best wishes, Jane
Jane very clearly explained her branch of facia work physiotherapist. She was very thorough in asking questions about past history and present reasons for attending the appointment. At every stage Jane explained what she was asking the patient to do and how she was going to work.Immediately even in the first session improvements could be felt but in view of long term injuries several more sessions were need because the nature of the work uncovered interacting factors which also needed treatment. I would highly recommend this type of physiotherapist and have been very grateful for a great in improvement in pain levels and mobility and in understanding how the body reacts and interacts.
Thank you for your lovely review. Jane
