I was very nervous on my first visit to Ruth but I quickly realised I had no need to be. Ruth was incredibly easy to talk to about everything I was experiencing and took the time to make sure she had understood clearly my history and my concerns. Then Ruth did a physical examination and was able to explain my problem and the steps to recovery. She reassured me she would see me through it all. On every visit I felt listened to and every question I asked, no matter how small, Ruth took the time to answer explaining carefully so I could understand how my body was working and what I needed to do to heal. I really felt Ruth had a genuine desire to help me progress. She referred back to her detailed notes on my care and considered every piece of advice tailored to my lifestyle along the way. I am so pleased by my treatment. I no longer feel that my pelvic problems are simply an inevitable part of getting older. I feel 10 years younger, no longer worried about incontinence and enjoy a pain free sex life. I just wish I had met Ruth 10 years earlier. She is a really experienced and friendly person to be treated by.
