Having recently moved to Chichester from London I was on the search for a good physio. I found Emma who was excellent. I explained the issue I had with my hamstring. She listened and answered all my questions. I asked lots of questions around anatomy and biomechanics. She was happy to explain and entertain my curiosity. Emma initially assessed the injury. She explained the issue and likely cause. On the follow up appointments she planned out the treatment and we worked together on multiple exercises. Over the next few weeks we gradually built up the load. I am now fully fit and back out enjoying running and sport generally. Emma is super professional and I would recommend her highly.
