I could not have got through my prehab and rehab of my knee surgeries without Emma. She helped every step of the way, encouraging me and pushing me to improve. She gave me the confidence to carry on pushing myself with exercises at home too, in between visits. Emma is extremely knowledgeable and I would 100% recommend her services.
