Mrs Selvaraj was kind and patient, making sure I understood all the procedure, medication etc. She was efficient and gentle. She was working with a trainee specialist nurse and two other nurses, who were also very kind.

Mrs Bama was very professional polite and comforting. I was a bit anxious about the procedure as I had to go alone and was going to drive back, but she explained everything and put me at ease. The other two nurses were very good too. One nurse was chatting with me so I didn’t even realise when the procedure was over. It wasn’t painful. Thank you for looking after me so well.

Due to the nature of my job, I tend to read a lot of negative experiences in relation to this procedure. When I attended, I expressed my anxiousness to the nurse and she was so comforting and explained that she would talk me through it and if I found it uncomfortable at any time, to say and she would stop. The Nurse who carried out the procedure and the two other nurses were so welcoming, understanding and the procedure itself was not painful at all. Such a lovely bunch of ladies.
