Fantastic service. Put at ease immediately. The whole procedure was talked through and explained and completed, ensuring privacy and dignity throughout.
The Senior Nurse and the HCA were amazing. What great staff Urodynamics have!!!

I was referred to nurse Jane to take me through the procedure of Botox in the bladder, she was terrific , I was put as ease instantly , there was no rush and I was encouraged to ask as many questions as I could think of . The operation itself was so easy and the staff were fantastic no one person could do enough for you , the NHS at it very best. I have today visited nurse Jayne after almost 3 weeks and every thing went great . I would recommend the procedure I was not living the life I had done years before , I became a bit of a recluse and put on a lot of weight and got very depressed , but now I am back to feeling free and no more spending 25 pounds a week on pads , I cant thank the NHS enough , thank you Jayne and the staff at Queens and King Georges . yours faithfully Jane Gorman x

Jayne was brilliant at my visits. She was very professional but polite,very warm and kind,an excellent trainer and an all round sound nurse.
Jayne is a perfect example of what a good nurse should be!! Well done Jayne!!!

Jayne made everything so clear, coving all aspects of the procedure I am having! She put my worries at ease, and made me feel comfortable. No question was too much for her to answer and she had full knowledge about everything.
