From the very first time we met Kim in 2009, she came across in the most caring, compassionate, calming way and even though we had been given the most devastating diagnose Kim immediately put us at ease. She listened intently to everything we said, answered every question clearly, precisely and confidently. Her experience and genuine concern for our situation is something we needed desperately at the beginning of this journey and still need as this journey continues. My brave husband Jose has been under Queens Oncology for many years after the brain tumor was diagnosed and he has had endless MRI scans, a biopsy, radiation treatment and an enormous amount of hospital appointments, tests ect. There have been countless times Jose has been terribly ill and Kim has been there answering her pager, returning my call and calling to check up on his progress, arranging urgent appointments, liaising with his Nuero Oncologist, always offering her guidance and advise when we ask and supporting us through a countless number of extremely worrying times. Kim is genuinely dedicated, always going more than that extra mile and doing more than her fair share for us and everyone of her patients, she is an absolute asset to Queens Hospital Neuro Oncology department. Jose and I and all our family are all in agreement that Kim is more valuable to us than we can ever express. At our special Romford Support Group where we and all our friends with brain tumors meet every month we call Kim, 'Queens Angel' because she has made a priceless difference in our lives and we will never be able to thank her enough for everything she has done and still continues doing in caring for everyone including my brave husband Jose and our family. Huge thanks and the utmost respect to you amazing Kim.

Kim is the most supportive, understanding, caring nurse i have ever had the pleasure to meet. I'm my experience she always has gone above and beyond to help with anything, and has always give her honest opinion which i would trust 100%. Thank you Kim for everything you have done and carry on doing.

Kim is the most kind and understanding person I have the pleasure to meet she was amazing to my son and myself throughout a very difficult time. I cannot thank her or Tricia enough for the kindness and honesty they showed myself and my family. They are doing an amazing job.
