They were punctual on all of their endeavours, which I really appreciated as some procedures required me to drink a lot of water before I got to the hospital and I was worried I’d have to use the toilet earlier than I was allowed. They were really caring and never annoyed by me .

I felt really well cared for during the procedure. I had full confidence in everyone in the room and found them to be extremely compassionate and friendly. I felt dizzy after and they continued to care for me until I felt well enough to go home.
