Caitrin’s been lovely to see, she really put me at ease with my stoma and has a wealth of knowledge, she got back to me very quickly when I had concerns around my stoma and provided excellent advise when I needed it, from setting up deliveries to getting me extra supplies as my stoma was a bit fussy! She’s been great since I first saw her. Thank you!

Caitrin is very professional and was very helpful in my care and the organising of all my stoma products . She is very friendly and always spoke to me in a way that was very easy to understand . I cannot praise her enough, she really helped me through this difficult time .

As soon as Catrine looked at my stoma and skin around it she could see that I'd got some Granulomas and I'd had a lot of leaks with our soure my skin was She treated my Granulomas straight away and gave me some new samples to try treat my skin and stop leaks. 3 months later my Granulomas have gone my skin isn't red and burning and I've had no leaks she's changed my life 100% thank you

Caitrin is a friendly nurse who makes you feel comfortable. She listens well to my queries and helps with good advice. I have rung her when I have had a problem and she always has the time to talk.. Although she no longer visits I know that her and her team are there if I need any support. I wish her well for the future.

Caitrin came to see me when I was in a distressed state following Stoma surgery. She was calm, understanding, reassuring and very friendly. She explained everything to me and did not fuss. After a demonstration, products were left for me to try, which were really good. When she returned the following week, she suggested another product, a 2 piece. I feel as though I've won the lottery and got my life back with this. She listens and sometimes, this is just what you want. I was so relaxed in her presence. Thank you Caitrin, you have no idea how much you have helped me following a very traumatic time. I know that you and your team colleagues are there if ever I need them.
