Jo has been in charge of my care since my surgery in June. She has always been extremely helpful and put me at ease as I have adjusted to my stoma. She has answered and dealt with any questions and has contacted me frequently to check on my progress. She has also referred me for support garments to help going forward.. I feel I can always contact her with any future problems.

Jo has been an excellent communicator, professional, experienced and treated me with respect and dignity throughout. Following requiring a stoma due to emergency bowel surgery Jo has offered me reassurance, options around my stoma care and solved my skin issues and stoma bag leaks. Jo has supported me to become independent with my own stoma care, providing me with the information, products and on hand support I have needed. I am extremely thankful to Jo and know I can contact her and she will support me. Jo is an asset to Fittleworth.
