Caitrin is a friendly nurse who makes you feel comfortable. She listens well to my queries and helps with good advice. I have rung her when I have had a problem and she always has the time to talk.. Although she no longer visits I know that her and her team are there if I need any support. I wish her well for the future.

Caitrin came to see me when I was in a distressed state following Stoma surgery. She was calm, understanding, reassuring and very friendly. She explained everything to me and did not fuss. After a demonstration, products were left for me to try, which were really good. When she returned the following week, she suggested another product, a 2 piece. I feel as though I've won the lottery and got my life back with this. She listens and sometimes, this is just what you want. I was so relaxed in her presence. Thank you Caitrin, you have no idea how much you have helped me following a very traumatic time. I know that you and your team colleagues are there if ever I need them.

Caitrin is a good listener, she shows empathy and is professional yet friendly. She is knowledgeable about stoma care & products. Even though I’d had 2 stomas for nearly 30 years she checked that I was using products in a correct manner (without being overbearing) and introduced me to new products that care for skin. She ordered me samples of new pouches and gave me confidence I could manage my new stoma and visited to check everything was ok She offered a 3rd visit which I refused as I felt confident but was really pleased when she emphasised I could still contact her for advice & she checked I’d her number/email Thank you Caitrin
