1. The telephone admission clerk called Anne may be better suited to cleaning due to her poor social and telephone skills.
2. The delay to my advised theatre slot was not communicated at all. As a disabled patient, I found this inconsiderate to the point of rudeness, or at best arrogant.
3.The facilities are magnificent.
The staff, excluding consultants, whilst new, were knowledgable and helpful - and certainly tried their very best.
4. The consultant in my case gave the impression of always being in a hurry, which was probably the case, and has very poor case management skills.
5. The costs are not competitive and appear to be 'price gouging' when compared with the costs of identical proceedures in other private hospitals in Geater London.
Totally frustrated by the inadequate communication and completely incompetent administration. never wish to use the Cleveland Clinic again!

It was my first visit and everything was great. The only questions I haven't answered are not applicable.
there were too many people involved during the whole process of getting into the building , getting checked in and getting to the basement - the process was torturous I think I was asked my DoB about 6 times - not sure if this is totally necessary - I also had a bit more time with Dr Haidry during the last 4 times we did this procedure at the London Clinic but I think it was all a bit of a new venture and team that needed to be bedded in together. The nurse Vic who looked after was very good and I had no issues with the canula being put in which was good. i was woken up after the procedure and rushed out at the end at 1pm being told my wife was waiting but she had been there since 12 and had not asked for me to be woken we had arranged to meet at least after 1pm. I collapsed yesterday exhausted so being left to waken up would have been useful. So I am not as comfortable with the whole setup compared to the London Clinic not sure what you can do about it - but it’s early days for you and I am sure it will get better as the days progress.

Friendly, informative and helpful.
I had a prostate biopsy.
Everyone at the hospital was kind, considerate and friendly. I felt truly cared for and looked after, from the reception staff, the porters, the nursing and medical staff.
Once I was discharged and on leaving the room I was in, I made sure I went to the ward desk/reception area and thanked all the staff for their kindness and told them how much I appreciated them. I hope that gave them high job satisfaction, as they certainly deserved to feel good about their roles.
The quality of the Nursing team and medical staff was excellent, including the high level of care I received from the ICU team where I was for one night/day.
The environment of the hospital was very clean, spacious and appealing. The quality of the food was very good too.
The experience was a transparent one, by being kept informed and with nurses who listened to my concerns and questions openly.
