It was my first visit and everything was great. The only questions I haven't answered are not applicable.

Suggested improvements
I feel the Mychart side of things could work better. It thinks I am abroad and will only send a code to my email rather than phone, some of the options are in Arabic, and it doesn't remember me, even though I select that option. Also, this survey doesn't allow the user to complete the survery without answering all questions but some questions - eg regarding the food or using the call button - are not applicable to me!


I have great confidence in my consultant to resolve my care needs.
