Food! Always cold and tasteless! Staff delivering food didn’t seem to care. Nowhere near the service that the rest of the Cleveland Clinic offered


Dr Lau was friendly, courteous & very professional pre-addmission, during my stay and post operation during my follow up to have the chest drain removed


Julie in ICU from Ohio on my first night in the Cleveland Clinic, she virtually stayed with me all night till 0830 the following morning. My stay at the Cleveland Clinic was like staying at The Langham!!!
