I feel I am being listened to and the doctor truly cares for you . Given that she must have so many patients , your almost get the feeling you are exclusive to her . Conversation is easy and relaxed . To me it's amazing that she recalls details of what is going on in your personal life and truly cares .

From the moment I stepped in Dr. Hart’s consulting room I felt so much at peace and at ease. I was able to talk to Dr. hart without feeling embarrassed. She showed so much care, understanding and compassion while listening to me. She explained very clearly in an easy-to-understand manner, what she found and also the way forward. I am so grateful for the very professional and kind way I was treated by Dr Hart. I could not have wished for a better consultation after being extremely nervous to go to the Urology department in the first place. Thank you form the bottom of my heart and thank you NHS

It was a pleasure to be seen by Dr. Hart. She listened, cared, understood, in addition to which she was able to clearly explain next steps. Dr. Hart’s approach was highly professional and knowledgeable and I left the consultation feeling a whole lot more positive than when I went in. Dr. Hart is an asset to the NHS and I shall look forward to seeing her again when the time comes. I have subsequently received a helpful follow up letter which provides some peace of mind for the here and now, but also continuity of follow up. This makes me feel like a patient, not a number.
