Follow up appointment with Sarah Hart: I can't speak highly enough of the approach Sarah Hart takes - identical to my first appointment in terms of sensitivity, listening, understanding, responding thoughtfully and with full medical information, and human insight, reassurance as necessary, and truth as necessary. Sarah Hart sets the benchmark for all these patient skills extremely high. She is an example of excellence in all of these respects. Despite having a medical problem I have been devastated by, she has made the whole process of coming to terms with it, resolving it practically and sensitively and helping me look forward without fear so much easier. It could very easily not have been like this - as I'd already experienced prior to being referred to her. A heartfelt thank you.
