hat a very quick referral to your clinic, listened to what i had to say, had read my notes and explained a way forward . also arranged blood test on site to speed the process up a mri scan team have been in touch appointment booked for next wedneday. all of this has eased my mind as it is always a worry when things change with health issues.

Sarah Hart was very welcoming, clear and direct over the telephone appointment I had with her. There was a down to earth approach with her which I liked and explained things so they could be easily understood. She also provided information that no-one else had clearly explained, like the phlebotomy open clinic in out patients. I feel I now understand the process better for providing blood without the need for a blood form. Sarah put both my wife and I at ease on the phone and we look forward to chatting with her next time. Thank you for all you do for urology patients. x

I recently attended an outpatient urology appointment with Ms Sarah Hart. I found her to be empathetic, knowledgeable, understanding of my concerns and she explained the possible future treatment options in an easily understandable manner. Sarah was interested to understand me the person and not just my prostate! The follow up letter explained everything we had discussed in detail and the subsequent investigation was exactly as Sarah had explained it would be. I was also very impressed with the speed I got to see Sarah and obtained the follow up investigation. I found Ms S Hart a first class doctor and a credit to the department. I cannot make any suggestions for improvement!
