This lady was excellent! Having been given very bad news from a GP over the Phone, which made me very, very unwell for a week, Ms Bronder, reassured me and then got me in for my procedure. I cannot thank her enough, and would certainly recommend Ms Bronder to anyone

Ms Bronder put me at ease and gave me the opportunity to fully explain my circumstances, she listened and that's important. The examination and its results were fully explained during the consultation. The future plan for my care was fully discussed and I felt consulted. This was extremely helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this doctor.

I have received excellent care from Miss Bronder, in every way. She was very quick to give me the results of my first tests, and her letter was written in terms which allowed me to understand easily what she was telling me and which were friendly and reassuring. She invited me to telephone her with any further questions that I had (this was happening during Covid restrictions). The conversation which we had, whilst of course professional, was again clear and confidence-building - she explained the reason for the next steps she was recommending and we were able to discuss how the things they might find could be handled. The conversation further built the trust I felt towards her. She has since written to me with the results of the further investigation - again, her letter is clear, both in her explanation of the results and in its suggestions for further action I could take to keep myself healthy. As a result of my experience of her, I would have no hesitation in recommending Ms Bronder for her professional care, and I can certainly think of no suggestion of how she could improve that care. And, on a personal level, I am very grateful to her for the very human way in which she has provided that care. It has helped me greatly to manage my anxiety in these uncomfortable times - excellent!
