Mr Panchal introduced himself looking straight in my eye whith a smile on his face and a firm handshake. That immediately put me at ease and gave me confidence to share details of a very personal nature. He listended intently and responded with readily understandable phraseology. I was impressed by hi s rapport whith the nurse. His hands were warm. The rectal examination was carried out with care. He shared his initial findings leading to a recommendation to have a CT scan rather than the more invasive alternative. He offered to send a copy of his written report which thankfully has arrived on a piece of paper just as he said it would. Clearly we shared a common empathy in that regard and he cared for his patient's naturally. Thank you Mr Panchal,George.H,Wright

I had a great experience with Mr Panchal who listened to my concerns and answered my questions fully and to my satisfaction. I was put at ease straight away and the examination was not difficult. I would highly recommend this doctor. I don’t think I could suggest anything to improve the appointment as it was very good.
