I was examined recently by Miss Bronda for a colorectal problem at RLI. She was very kind and courteous at all times and the necessary medical examination was carried out carefully and without discomfort to me. The conclusions drawn from the examination were explained to me carefully and thoroughly both at the examination and, later, by letter. She suggested a proposed treatment for my condition which I agreed to and she told me that I would be put on a waiting list for the procedure to be carried out. At all times I felt that she was interested in me as a person and not just as a patient. I could not be more satisfied with the treatment I have received so far under her care and look forward to my problems being resolved in the not too distant future. In an era where the National Health Service is coming under more and more criticism it is reassuring to know that one can be given such exemplary care in the Lancaster and Morecambe Bay area.

I underwent a colonoscopy recently at Westmorland General Hospital. The care and attention given was second to none. Although in my case the procedure proved to be quite difficult everyone involved was caring and helpful. I can give the highest possible praise to all concerned, from the receptionist who did the preliminary welcome to everyone else. Thank you all.

Miss Bronder was patient & compassionate & took the time that was needed to listen attentively.She came up with a range of possible avenues to explore with regard to getting my health on track . I have been given excellent advice and care by Dr Bronder in the past. My recent experience is with the endoscopy team at Westmorland hospital. As has been my previous experience, the team on this occasion were friendly, caring and efficient. I am unable to think of any improvements that might be made to this excellent standard for which I am most grateful.
