Dr Raymond is the most amazing, brilliant and bestest surgeon/doctor that I have ever come across. He first came to me in September 2018 to do a very big operation that I was scared of. I nearly cancelled on the morning cos I was that scared. He reassured me and gave me big cuddle. I felt really happy. He also just done my recent operation in February 2024. He saved my life. If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t be here now. Absolutely gutted to have been discharged from him but will hopefully see him in future

I was operated on by Mr Raymond in early 2020 following a diagnosis of bowel cancer. He visited me on the ward several times before my discharge, and conducted a thorough post-operative review several weeks later. I have made a full recovery, and am quite sure that this is primarily due to the quality of his work. A true professional.

A most caring,skilled delightful young man.I cannot find enough words to praise him I was also impressed that he visited me each day whilst in hospital.The loveliest person anyone could wish to meet. He filled me with confidence and allowed me time to recover slowly whilst I was ill.
