Mr. Naqui provided a good clear diagnosis of my condition, and the treatments that were possible. In the end I opted for a surgical procedure that was carried out at the Alexandra BMI in August. One minor complaint was the lack of information on the day relating to where I was on the list and the potential timing. In the end I was operated early evening after being there since 7am. A long wait without food and water. After the operation the recovery care was exemplary, and the Physiotherapy sessions at the BMI with Esther and Lindsey were extremely helpful. It is now seven weeks on, and I am back to normal, pain free, and with full use of my hand.

Mr Naqui is a fabulous surgeon. After a fairly awful experience previously with hand surgery, I was very reluctant to have another operation on my hand. However there has been nothing to worry about, and had I known about Mr Naqui I would have had the surgery earlier. His care has been first class.

Mr naqui is very caring and understanding.my husband suffers with bi.polar manic depression and needed surgery to remove a cyst from his thumb. Mr naqui understood how stressful this was for my husband and showed kindness and support throughout the whole procedure.the surgery went extremely well and we are both very grateful.

Had carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand 10 weeks ago at the Alexandra Hospital Cheadle, Mr Naqui’s consultations and my treatment, including physiotherapy at the the Hospital were excellent; the condition has improved following the operation but symptoms still persist. Mr Naqui had explained that this might be the case because of the length of time I have had the problem and other factors, however he expects it to improve and has arranged to asses the progress again in three months so my treatment continues!
