Seeing Mr Buza was a good experience. I had been seen by several doctors both at my GP and in hospital in the past 18 months for ear problems. Mr Buza had the time and patience to understand what my concerns were and offered concise and helpful information on how to manage the problems. I wish all NHS staff could be as easy to speak too and offer the same amount of care as he did, even though I fully understand they are all under a great deal of pressure. If offered the choice I would certainly ask to see Mr Buza again.

He listened to my questions patiently, and also asked questions himself to get to the root of the health problem. Then, he proposed a plan of action to resolve a problem in the future and passed on a quick referral.

Dr. Buza is the epitome of what a doctor-patient relationship should be. I came in with my son that has phobia for anything “hospital” and I mentioned this to him at the start of our appointment. He understood the assignment and my son ended up laughing through the appointment. I too ended up loving the experience and before I left I made sure that I told him that I wish that all doctors are like him. I’ll recommend him anytime any day.

My Father was seen by Mr Buza at Birmingham Treatment Centre in December 2023. During this appointment Mr Buza explained fully to him the options that were available to correct the problem which he was encountering. Throughout the whole consultation Mr Buza treated my 82 year old Father with the utmost respect and tried at all times to place him at ease during his treatment journey which included surgery and two follow up appointments following his surgery.
