On 25/01/2024 I had the removal of a parotid gland tumour. Dr Bidaye has been one of the most supportive and most amazing consultant I have ever dealt with especially within NHS. I have a huge amount of trust in him and his wonderful team. Dr Bidaye has been so supportive & caring even starting from my initial diagnosis right through until preparing for my surgery. My original surgery date I actually found out I was pregnant. I was so unsure on what to do but Dr Bidaye reassured me it was going to be okay and he continued to support me throughout my entire pregnancy & made sure all other departments I acquired at that time were supporting me too. Now I am proud to say I have a beautiful 6 month old son and I am so thankful my surgery is finally completed successfully. I am very thankful have such talented Doctors like Dr Bidaye. Forever grateful to him & all staff whether is being anaesthetic, surgery & Althorp ward of Northampton General hospital. I don’t believe staff get enough recognition for the hard work you do. Thank you.

I had exemplary care by Mr Bidaye I did have a postoperative complication but was extremely well looked after by the all the staff on Altrop ward and the overnight surgical team. I find coming into hospital very difficult but I have found Mr Bidaye reassuring and very kind in how he has approached me.

I first met Dr Bidaye in Jan 2023 he was very easy to understand and explained my options ref my thyroid I decided to have my thyroid removed and he then in detail told me what would happen I got a cancellation so could I attend on the 20/08/2023 I met him again he put his me what ease as did all of the staff and had my op I would recommend Dr Bidaye to anyone

I first saw Dr Bidaye at Northampton General hospital for a pre assessment of my vocal cords prior to Thyroid surgery. During the procedure he noticed tissue that he wanted to investigate further so arranged for me to visit Kettering Hospital for the procedure to take a biopsy to be sent off to histology. This appointment was within 3 weeks. I felt in safe hands and satisfied with what was happening and going to happen. It would have been helpful to have a map of Kettering hospital having not visited there before and to know what entrance/car park it would have been best to use.
