On the Morning of my ear operation from stepping in to city treatment center hospital there was a lad who greated me and my husband showed us where to go even got in the lift with us .The nurse we meet was wondering kind friendly .So was the staff in the adult surgery day clinic wondering so helpful had time for me .Hard working.Then it was time for the operation with Dr Arora fantastic man couldn't fault him brilliant . since the operation I have seeing Dr Arora in outpatients still the same kind lovely thoughtful man .

I had a nose job and had concerns as with all surgery dr arora reassured me and gave me comfort before and after surgery i felt i had some complications after surgery and he was very quick to see me and reassure me that all was well cant thank him and his staff enough

I had surgery by Dr Arora, I would like to say Dr Arora was absolutely fantastic he explained everything step by step and that put my mind at ease, Dr Arora patient care and continuity of care was Excellent, I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon. Thank you so much for fixing my problem , and overall I'm very satisfied keep up the Excellent work.

I was recently at Sandwell Hospital where I had my septorhinoplasty carried out by Dr Arora, he explained the procedure articulately and addressed my concern making me feel more comfortable knowing that I was in the hands of a professional. The surgery went succcessfuly and I have been to see Dr Arora multiple times for aftercare and with regards to the recovery process. He has gone out of his way to make this experience much easier for me and I’m extremely grateful that he was my surgeon he has great communication skills and really cares about the health of his patients and their concerns.

I had my operation done by Mr Arora. He was excellent from start to finish and you can tell he really cares for his patients individually. The staff at both City and sandwell hospital was pleasant and the hospital staff were very friendly.

I underwent septoplasty under Dr Arora. I am very happy with the outcome of my surgery. Dr. Arora was very easily able to put my fears to rest he's very knowledgeable in this area and it showed when it came to planning the procedure on the day. The nursing staff were wonderful and attentive. Overall, I am very happy with the service provided.
