After my surgery I was meant to be seen by the doctor before being discharged. However, Mr Gurjar came to see me after my surgery with his team but didn't even check my wound so I insisted that I would leave the hospital if I'm not checked by one of the doctors. After half and hour a different doctor came and checked my wound and advised me of the care I should take after being discharged. Mr Gurjar told me I will be seen in a two months time after my surgery and will be put in a waiting list. After two months I was going through alot of pain and I called the hospital and one of the advisors said I'm not even in the waiting list of Mr Gurjar. I therefore went to the hospital and waited there for hours to be seen by one of the doctors. They gave me antibiotics and said the wound is over granulated. I was eventually given an appointment with Mr. Gurjar and at the appointment, he did not even check the wound and simply told us that he is scheduling a MRI test and that was the entire appointment, he simply said why we need a MRI and that he cannot advise what procedure needs to be done without it and we left the appointment in 2 minutes. We have not received a MRI appointment to date. We found out we have been put on a non urgent list even though we were told the MRI needs to be done 2 months after the surgery. I have been trying to contact Mr. Gurjar's secretary to inquire of the MRI appointment but the line is never answered. I am are not happy with the treatment as even my wound was not checked and the MRI is purposely delayed this long for no reason. The wound was in pain and sometimes heals and then worsens again which is why I've had to go to several appointments with my GP. The doctor did not check the surgery wound and did not advise properly on the MRI as well. He is also very difficult to reach. We hope we can have a response to this. As I am also going under fertility treatment and under going appointments. If in this case I become pregnant or have become pregnant I don't know what would happen. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the treatment, care, and service Mr Gurjar has given. He has acted extremely careless in my care. The quality of my life and my child's life has been affected by the kind of care he has given.

It was a pleasant experience to see Dr. Gurjar. He was very polite, friendly and gave me enough time to explain the whole situation. He listened to me patiently and advised appropriately as per my medical need. He was gentle in my physical check-up too. I would highly recommend him to everyone! He was very quick to take the action and sent the letter to my GP surgery for further treatment. My GP is not very keen on helping me out so I will definitely go back to Dr. Gurjar for my further treatment.

Totally professional, took the time to explain small procedure to me. I felt reassured and at ease with him.

I had some concerns about rectal bleeding and received first rate advice and care. Mr Gurjar took me through the possible reasons and procedures available in a very calm and informative manner. I cannot recommend Mr Gurjar enough, this was the second time I had been under his care, the first was for a hernia repair and on both occasions I felt reassured and safe.

I have every confidence in Mr Gurjar and the care I have received from him and his team have been amazing. I am continuing to be monitored under his care and I am very confident the future care will be as vigilant.
