Mr Odak is a wonderful doctor! He put me at ease with his calm, friendly manner and good humour. He explained every step of the treatment for my carpal tunnel syndrome and what I should expect during recovery. I have no complaints at all.

Mr Saurabh Odak is a highly skilled Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon, with extensive experience in treating upper limb pathologies including shoulder, elbow and hand/wrist surgery. He completed his MBBS in 2002, and finished his specialist Registrar higher Orthopaedic training from the Mersey rotation. Mr Odak went on to do two fellowships from reputed and internationally acclaimed centres in the North-West of England, including the prestigious Wrightington Hospital, gaining further expertise in his field.
Mr Odak's clinical interests are focused on Upper limb surgery including hand/wrist, elbow and shoulder surgery. His routine clinical practice includes management of patients with conditions like Carpal tunnel syndrome, Dupuytren's disease, trigger finger, arthritis of hand and wrist, shoulder arthroscopy (including sports-related injuries), shoulder replacement, tennis and golfer's elbow surgeries and management of complex trauma cases involving upper limb. He has received several awards and prizes throughout his career, including the annual Clinical Excellence Award under the 'Quality and Safety' category at Wrightington Wigan and Leigh Foundation NHS Trust in 2010. He has been a part of several medical societies, including the British Shoulder and Elbow Society.
Mr Odak is based at the University Hospital Morecambe Bay NHS Trust and has published over 24 articles in various peer-reviewed indexed international journals. He is well-known for his excellent patient care, and his patients can trust in his experience and skill to receive the best possible treatment.
