I had torn my meniscus and BUPA had given me some names of people to see, on research Paul Trikha had good reviews and so I selected him, best decision I could of made, I was seen quickly and after MRI etc we had agreed a course of treatment, eventually after several consultations we agreed that an arthroscopy would be the best course of action, some six week on and I have full movement again and no pain. Paul has a straightforward no nonsense approach, follow his instructions and you will be on the road to recovery in no time. I have no hesitation in recommending this consultant and the Nuffield in Woking.

Having fallen off a horse and torn my ACL, Mr Trikha took care of me from day one. Mr Trikha suggested the repair immediately but I put it off, not wanting to put life on hold however after a year of my knee getting more and more lax he advised it would be the best option. Mr Trikha advised he would do the repair and if I followed his advice the recovery wouldn't be as long as I envisaged. 6 weeks later I have full range, am pain free and getting stronger by the day. I have felt well supported, well listened to and am so hugely greatful for a better knee so soon. I would highly recommend Mr Trikha!

I am delighted to write a review on Mr Trikha. In short, I am 62 years old and whilst out jogging I tore my meniscus in my right knee. I have been having problems with my injury for some time, ( a lot of pain ) and in the end, I went to see Mr Trikha. I am an ex British Army Officer and I like nothing more than straight talking, no frills , no fancy talk and" lets get on with the job attitude". That is exactly how Mr Trikha dealt with me and I thank him very very much for helping me with my injury ,in that manner. I went to see Mr Trikha on a Monday evening, he looked through my notes, carried out an examination on my knee, told me in layman's terms what was wrong, told me how he could fix it and arranged the operation 8 working days later! Quick and simple with no fuss. His support staff were amazing and they took care of all of the administarive arrangements there and then (that same evening ) and within days I had my pre medical and all paper work sorted out with no problems. On the day of the operation, I had slight concerns about the anaesthetic but well before the operation, Mr Trikha completely put me at ease regarding this and went through the procedure that he was going to carry out and again, there were no frills , just plain talking which helped me. The operation was 2 x weeks ago and I have just been to see Mr Trikha today He was very pleased with my progress and has given me some very good advice for the future. His confidence has most definitely helped me with my recovery process/period. I cannot thank Mr Trikha enough for his skills. I am now more mobile, pain free and can now get on with the rest of my life. Again, I have to say that the way Mr Trikha deals with his patients is first class and I strongly commend him to you. Thank you Mr Trikha.
