Mr Khemani was excellent, he listened to our concerns about our son and then explained all the potential options. He then went on to perform surgery on him and we have been very happy with the results. He also has a great manner with children.

My daughter (aged 9) had her tonsils/ adenoids removed. She was running around the same evening and recovered completely within a few days which was remarkable. Mr Khemani is really kind, was clear in everything he explained & very reassuring. As it was her first operation I was a bit worried but I felt completely assured when I met Mr Khemani. All the staff at The Spire were great. Couldn't fault anything. Highly recommend. The operation was a couple of months ago and it has completely transformed my daughter's quality of life.

Top doctor and service at Spire Gatwick. We went to see Mr Khemani following a sudden onset tinnitus which was driving my husband to distraction. After careful listening, tests and explanations, he inspired hope and confidence, and the treatment was second to none. Mr Khemani instantly makes his patients feel at ease. I would recommend Mr Khemani to anyone needing ENT care within the NHS or privately.

I am a Consultant ENT Surgeon and Clinical Lead for ENT at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.
I have extensive experience in the medical and surgical management of general ENT conditions affecting both adults and children. My subspecialist expertise includes all types of ear problems including the surgical management of hearing loss and discharging ears as well as the management of balance disorders. I also have special expertise in eustachian tube problems, snoring and sleep apnoea, voice and sinus problems.
I have one of the largest case series of intracapsular coblation tonsillectomy in the South of England and teach this technique to other surgeons around the world.
