I have had a few operations over the years on my shoulder, and I didn't see results straightaway, I was told it may not improve at all, however last year I underwent another operation on my shoulder. 12 months later I am less pain now than I was from my original operation in 2008

I was referred to mr hadi about 2017. I was in a rta when I was 14 years old. I had a fracture humour which I had 75% movement in my shoulder. I had no problems with it for years. I am Hca in the same trust. I work in ophthalmology, we had filing cabinets to place the notes for the doctors. I went to get the notes I forced my shoulder to get the notes from the top drawer, my shoulder pinged, My arm dropped another 25 degrees. . I had pain for nearly 2 years before I got referred to mr Hadi. I went to see mr hadi, he shook my hand and introduced himself. I had a mri scan and X-ray. He decided to give me a injection in the theatre with X-ray a couple of week later. Unfortunately the injection didn’t get the pain away. I went to see mr hadi in clinic with no clinic appointment, he agreed to see me that week and gave me a kenologue injection in clinic. I was pain free. I had a car crash, my arm dropped another 25 degrees and a very painful shoulder. I went to see him clinic with appointment, he booked me to see him the week after with mri scan and X-ray. Mr hadi the next step was surgery. I had surgery in 2018 with the same outcome pain and 75 degrees drop on my shoulder. I went to see mr hadi with appointment, he suggested a more invasive surgery, I didn’t really want that because he could not guarantee I would get better movement. He gave me another kenologue injection in theatre, the pain went and I got abit more movement. I went to see mr hadi he mentioned the surgery, I declined. He has discharged me now. Mr hadi said if I need him again in the future he said I know I can see him again. Mr hadi I have faith him and he has got rid of the pain I had for 2 years. I am extremely grateful to mr hadi. I would recommend him to family and friends. He never rushed me out the clinic and he explained everything and showed me X-ray and mri scan and explained everything to me, I now understand my shoulder will be the same. All the best for the future mr hadi. Keep up the good work

On the 26th July 2018 I fell and, as a result, I broke my collar bone and scaphoid. The collar bone break was a small fracture that in most cases should and would have healed by simply being kept in a sling (I also wore a pot for the scaphoid). On the 13th October 2018 I went to have my pot removed, new X-rays to be taken and to be discharged or so I thought. I had noticed that the pain was not desisting in my collar bone, I had briefly returned to work but I was in pain and was really struggling on public transport. It transpired that the bone had displaced and showed no sign of healing at all, in fact the difference in the X-rays was quite unbelievable. It was at that point that I met with Mr Hadi and thereafter continued in his care. He explained the position to me in a way that was clear and concise but, importantly, without a hint of patronisation. It quickly became apparent that an operation was almost inevitable in order to insert a plate to force the bones to fuse again which was upsetting news, particularly as a self employed person who had had over a month off work already just three years into practice. Despite becoming visibly upset in his company, Mr Hadi was kind, considerate and thorough in his explanation of my options. I decided that I was in no frame of mind to decide how best to proceed with this and had a pre booked holiday in three days time so I asked for time to consider my options. Mr Hadi was both gracious and understanding of my position which I was grateful of as I desperately didn’t want to appear difficult or ungrateful in terms of what was being offered (and, particularly when it was being offered so quickly - an operation the following day no less). I revisited Mr Hadi on the 25th Oct and explained that I had considered my options and that the operation was the best way forward. It was booked for the following day. He was fantastic in answering all of my questions (and there were many), regardless of how small and insignificant they were (I am an over thinker). I left his care that day feeling naturally anxious about the operation but, overall, I felt wholly confident in his abilities and I felt quite sure that there was no better person to be undertaking this operation. I had the operation on the 26th October 2018 and the whole experience was a success. In the morning, Mr Hadi came to meet with me and answered a few more of my questions with the same calming, reassuring and steady manner as always. Again, whilst nervous at the prospect of a general anaesthetic, I never once questioned or worried about the level of care that I would receive during - or indeed after - the operation. I revisited Mr Hadi twice after the operation. I felt thoroughly looked after and I genuinely felt that he cared about my well-being, indeed it is fair to say that his care has a personal touch rather than simply an air of a professional doing the job they are trained, and paid, to do. I never once felt that Mr Hadi was overworked, overpressured or too busy to deal with me and my incessant questions, even though I have no doubt that he is all three of those things in the current climate. All in all, my plate is settling well, my scar is the neatest scar that I have ever seen and the standard and quality of my care has been second to none under Mr Hadi. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Hadi to anyone and everyone who needs his care and I for one cannot thank him enough for all that he has done for me during this painful, emotional and stressful time. Thank you again, Jessica.
