I had a fall 2 weeks before Christmas, which resulted in a fractured and dislocated shoulder. Dr. Saad El Ashry explained exactly what he needed to do, in order to solve both problems. He made me feel very calm and reassured. After the surgery, I remember waking up and asking if it had been done. That's how pain free it was. Absolutely brilliant. He was also very respectful of my mom, who attends many of my appointments. I couldn't have wished for better treatment. Thank goodness for the NHS.

I have found Mr El Ashry very friendly and helpful on each occasion I have met him. He puts you at ease, listens to you and answers your questions fully. He is very reassuring, which is just what is needed in the aftermath of an accident when surgery is required! My physiotherapist stated that he had done a very good job when she saw the X-rays (and she must see quite a few) and my wrist is fully healed. If I didn’t have a scar and the X-rays I wouldn’t know there was a huge metal plate in there! I have no hesitation in recommending this doctor.

Mr Saad El Ashry saw me for issues I had with my shoulders, particularly the right shoulder where the movement was particularly restricted through pain. He was patient, listened very carefully and helped me gain X-Rays etc. He gave me the options and I took the surgical procedure to fix my shoulder. I was operated on successfully and just 6 weeks later I have far more movement and no pain. I shall have the other shoulder done next year. Mr Saad El Ashry is a quiet unassuming man whose passion for what he does is clear. He was highly professional and yet approachable, and he clearly cared for me and my wellbeing greatly. I would recommend Mr Saad El Ashry to my own family, therefore to anyone else too. I would like to thank Mr Saad El Ashry for his wonderful work and for being a lovely person too.

I can not praiseMr Saad El Ashry enough. He is so patient and friendly and always gave me time and answered questions without making me feel stupid, and never seemed to “hurry me along” and gave me time. I felt that I was in a safe pair of hands and am very happy following surgery.
