I had an excellent experience at The Meriden Hospital. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care by all members of staff.
The hospital is clean, calm, and well organised, which immediately helped put me at ease. The administrative team were efficient and welcoming, and the clinical staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout my appointments.

I attended Dr Gach's clinic because of a small lesion on my face. She took the initiative to examine me further and found a pre-cancerous lesion on my chest. Both have now been removed.

I recently received treatment and care from staff at the Meriden Hospital. Despite being somewhat anxious at the prospect of surgery, staff put me at my ease.
Communication was clear, precise, warm and friendly.
I appreciated the high quality of care by the surgeon, anesthetist, and the many nurses with whom I came into contact. As a NHS patient I was made to feel welcome and I was treated with the same degree of care and compassion as if I were a private patient.
I appreciated the use of the private car park to assist in accessing the after-care services.
Very many thanks to everyone at Meriden Hospital.
