I can't rate Mr Agarwal highly enough. The level of proffesionalism and care was of the highest standard. There was a great deal of compassion and understanding the injury from Mr Agarwal that helped put me at ease. He took his time to fully explain the injury and surgery procedure.

From the moment I walked through the doors at Sandwell hospital I Received what can only be described as excellent care, The procedure went better than I could have ever imagined it would and I felt the benefit almost straight away and have had no problems at all with my recovery,
Mr Agarwal himself saw me 4-5 times whilst I was in the hospital and again at my follow up appointment and always listened and explained things to me very well indeed and would not hesitate to recommend both himself and all the wonderful staff at the hospital.

The advice, support and professionalism I received from Mr Agarwal both before and after my operation was, in my opinion, of the highest quality and care. Mr Agarwal took the time to explain the process and kept me informed throughout. He also took the time to genuinely listen to any questions or concerns I may have had and answered them fully and accordingly. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent consultant who wasn't in a rush to get the next patient in, he listened to all my concerns and explained all options available to me, I would highly recommend him to anyone suffering with Orthopaedic Trauma.
