I had a fall 2 weeks before Christmas, which resulted in a fractured and dislocated shoulder. Dr. Saad El Ashry explained exactly what he needed to do, in order to solve both problems.
He made me feel very calm and reassured. After the surgery, I remember waking up and asking if it had been done. That's how pain free it was.
Absolutely brilliant. He was also very respectful of my mom, who attends many of my appointments.
I couldn't have wished for better treatment. Thank goodness for the NHS.
