Hospital was spotless and very efficient. Slight mix up in communication at times but rectified quickly. Felt safe and cared for, my only observation was that if you are a late daycase, you could do with a little more recovery time before leaving. Feedback and follow up was excellent.

I had surgery with Dr. Jeve, and he was really good at explaining things, giving advice, and taking care of me. I'm happy I chose him for my surgery. The people at Prior Hospital were nice and made sure I understood everything. I feel like they took good care of me. I highly recommend Dr. Jeve and his team.

Great team in the Fertility Centre at The Priory Hospital. I would recommend one additional independent counsellor in their team, as I had no choice over who my counsellor would be - they only have one lady working with them to counsel their fertility patients, which also delays counselling appointments available to be booked in advance.

An absolutely brilliant experience at The Priory Hospital. Every member of staff we came into contact with from the reception staff to the porters to the nurses and doctors were brilliant. It made our procedures less scary and nerve wracking knowing the staff were so kind.

Mr Basu is the one of the nicest consultants I have come across. He is very empathic and understanding. He has a very calm nature even whilst delivering results. Good and bad. He will reassure you and you know you are in safe hands to keep you going through a breast cancer journey. I will 110% recommend Mr Basu to anyone that has any breast related problems. From surgery through to making sure you understand what is happening next, step by step so you can mentally prepare yourself with what to expect. I am very lucky to have such a good/caring consultant that works from his heart on my door step. Thank you Mr Basu!

Not a great experience, I wouldn’t bother using this hospital. Had to wait a month to get an initial appointment, then now I have to wait 6 weeks for a ultrasound . Probably quicker to use the NHS, you go private for a reason - as it’s suppose to be quicker. Wait times are shocking. In Addison the parking is also shocking, good luck trying to find a car park spot, they could put more car park spots in there if they wanted.
