Mr Clifton performed a partial left knee replacement in May 2013 and I am absolutely delighted with the outcome. I had doubts that I would ever be painfree again but following the operation and a short period of recovery the ease of movement and ability to walk without a limp and a stick is marvellous. I am very happy with the excellent care I received both before, during and after my procedure.

I visited Mr. Clifton with increasing knee pain. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both knees with my right one the worse of the two. I was advised that I would require a right total knee replacement at some time in the future. My left knee, however, worsened more rapidly than expected. I was given a full explanation of all my x-rays etc.by Mr. Clifton at all times. When a decision was made to replace my left knee I was then given an informed choice of either the conventional replacement or a 'Visionaire' replacement. I chose the latter. My care both as an inpatient and as an outpatient has been superb,and I am due to have my right one replaced now. I have full confidence in Mr. Clifton.

I felt I was treated speedily and efficiently and with great respect. The Diagnosis explanation was clear and concise. Mr Clifton's manner was warm, friendly and inspired confidence. I was also seen in advance of my appointment time so no lengthy waiting periods
