I had a nasty fall in America in may 2022 and broke my left elbow into two pieces with couple of thread fractures around it. I flew back immediately for the time critical surgery as advised by drs in USA. I shared all the X-rays with Mr. Gupta and he Inspite being really busy made sure to book me immediately for the consultation. It was almost an hour long discussion during which Mr Gupta explained me the current situation of my broken elbow and detailed treatment and time line. He was so positive and confident giving me so much of comfort and hope during that difficult time. Mr Gupta even made sure to squeeze my surgery in Inspite of very busy schedule. Mr Gupta is a thorough professional, a very knowledgeable surgeon , very confident and a thorough gentleman. His smiling confident face always gives me peace of mind that I am in good hands. All the follow ups and X-rays were scheduled well in advanced. Mr Gupta explained my progress well during each follow up and he had an eye on my physio progress too. He guided me on every stage how to progress my life with exercises and getting back to routine. Mr Gupta explained me pros and cons of having the plate and screws inside my elbow once he was happy that my elbow has been recovered well. He listened to my complaints and problems with the metal work. With his guidance and advice I had my second surgery done with him on feb 2023 to remove the metal work. I had the same pleasant experience with Mr Gupta. Along with Mr. Gupta , his secretaries Tracey, Lisa and Kate are brilliant. All my emails got detailed replies within 15/20 mins. I always felt that Mr. Gupta is just a call away. Heart felt thanks to Mr Gupta and entire team for being there for me during last whole year. It was indeed a difficult period. I am happy and glad that my left arm is almost normal now and I am back to my normal life. Thank you very much Mr Gupta for everything.

Mr Gupta listened, advised, was caring throughout and totally committed to restoring my shoulder back to full mobility. My injury/surgery undertaken was arthroscopy plus subacromial decompression plus supraspinatus double-row rotator cuff repair. Almost 7 months post surgery, I couldn’t be happier with my mobility and all thanks to Mr Gupta, thank you.

I saw Mr Rohit Gupta today at Ashford Hospital for a follow up appointment after having my Elbow replaced in October 2022 From my first consultation to my last Mr Gupta has always listened to my concerns and has explained everything I needed to know and more about the surgery, recovery and future care. At my first consultation Mr Gupta was aware of the constant pain and debilitating movement in my elbow and was extremely quick to book me in for the replacement elbow. The care I received from Mr Gupta and his efficient team has been second to none, I have received a number of post operation appointments as well as physiotherapy for six months. I would recommend Mr Gupta and his team with no hesitation for his special care and patience.

I had severe pain in my wrists due to arthritis/tendonitis whilst caring for my terminally ill husband. I had already had a nerve conduction test done on the NHS, which ruled out carpal tunnel syndrome. Mr Gupta prescribed x-rays and MRI scans on both wrists, which showed considerable inflammation around areas where there was arthritis. He then prescribed steroid injections to both wrists, one week apart. The injections worked within a few days of their administration and six weeks later I am still completely pain free and able to continue my daily activities as normal. All this without surgical intervention and within a couple of weeks of the initial consultation. Thank you!

I had a brilliant service and great follow up care after my operation. The operation was carried out skillfully and left me with minimal recovery time.
