Throughout the whole of my treatment Dr Rampat was kind and considerate, listened to my concerns and answered them precisely and in a way I could understand. During the procedure his ability to lead the team and work with them was highly commendable. I felt very looked after and at no time was I concerned about my care. He kept me informed of procedures and checked in on me constantly. Post the procedure we discussed at length my ongoing care and I left with confidence knowing I had been in ‘very good hands’ throughout. My thanks go to Dr Rampat, his team and the ward staff who do an amazing job.
