Dr Nair has been fantastic throughout and has significantly improved my quality of life. After some thorough diagnostic tests I decided to have a procedure that I’ve needed for many years but have always put off and been very nervous about. One of the main reasons I went ahead with Dr Nair is that I felt very comfortable and reassured. Something that stood out in particular is the genuine interest shown in providing excellent care. My partner and I were really scared obviously but he completely put us at ease, explained everything very clearly and was just amazing during the operation and after the operation. I have been in Mr R Nair care for more than one year now I can absolutely say that he has improved the quality of my life with the way that he chooses to practice his job everyday to approach a situation and do his best.His professionalism and duty of care,the ability to let aside all aspects that come with such a stressful job and be human and empathise with that one individual’s needs. For me Mr Nair will stay as an example of a great doctor that has the ability to change people’s life for the better and restore someone’s faith that they are not alone and help is there when needed.
