I was referred to Mr Nair by my urologist in Gibraltar. I flew over to the UK for surgery and couldn’t be happier with the results. The operation went very smoothly. Mr Nair has provided an exceptional level of care and expertise throughout my treatment. He fully explained the plans for the procedure (a robotic pelvic lymph node dissection) in advance, so I knew what to expect, and addressed any questions and concerns that I had. He has the ability to explain complicated medical techniques in an accessible manner that mean you feel you can understand them. The operation itself, whilst very complex, was successful, and I was pleasantly surprised that I was back to some sort of normality within 24 hours of the surgery. A high quality of post-operative care likewise contributed to ensuring a rapid recovery. Mr Nair provided ongoing advice and reassurance after the surgery and I always felt he was available at any time if I needed anything. Mr Nair balances deep knowledge and skill with a warmth and enthusiasm that puts you at ease, significantly reducing the stress that is inevitable with major surgery. He inspires confidence and I feel completely able to trust him. I cannot imagine a better surgeon to have supported me through such a difficult time.

Firstly I would like to give my gratitude to God for putting me in the path of Doctor Rajesh Nair. I have to get surgery to remove my left kidney, due to a 10cm mass in the kidney. Since my arrival to the care of Doctor Rajesh Nair; I had a warm and professional welcome, everything was clearly explained and I left to start my 7 days isolation. Once there, and after the operation I had extremely great recuperacion, there is no doubt in my mind that Doctor Rajesh Nair took great care of me, while in the surgery and with the aftercare.
