Paul is amazing ! he is a very kind man with a big heart. he makes you feel very welcome and calm in his presents. What I love about Paul is he is always smiling and has a great smile too ! And his bow ties and style made me smile alot ! This was great for me as I suffer with major anxiety and I can’t tell you how he made me feel at ease. If I had any questions or meltdowns or was not in a good place mentally he never got fed up with me he always cheered me up ! This guy is a legend ! there needs to be more people with a heart and talent like him in the world. His team were fantastic too they were always supportive in what ever state I was in , they always supported me and were there for me 100% of the time. The whole experience at Springfield hospital is fantastic! I am very honoured I could have my operation here especially with my anxiety they definitely made me feel relaxed . Big thank you to Paul and his team for looking after me like I was royalty! Thank you . :) xxx

It is now just over a week since I had surgery, and I have to say if you’re needing gynae surgery, with Paul Fiadjoe you can be reassured - you’re in safe hands. As an NHS patient you may have a long wait, as I did, but worth it. My original request was for cystocele repair, though finding that I had a bit of a prolapsed uterus, a hysterectomy was recommended; on the day, a small rectocele repair, and perineoplasty (referred to as a bit of ‘tidying up’!!) was also included ; so I was thankful that everything that needed attention was done in one go. The difference in emptying bladder is already noticeable. Mr Fiadjoe came to see me before and after surgery, each time answering my questions thoughtfully and unhurriedly. He is totally professional but with an easy manner which facilitates dealing with personal and intimate topics without any hint of embarrassment for the patient. He clearly enjoys interacting with his patients (can handle some light-hearted ribbing!), and clearly enjoys using his skill and expertise to deliver a good outcome, very much improving their quality of life. If you’re looking for a highly experienced, competent surgeon (with a ready smile!), look no further ! 25 July 2023, Mrs J Hayden

Mr Fiadjo is a very thorough consultant, he concentrated very much on what outcome I wanted out of the consultation. He explained everything in a way I could understand and was very reassuring. As it happens I don’t need any treatment, but had I done, I felt confident that I was in the right hands. His team are very efficient and extremely helpful as well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Fiadjo.

From my very first appointment, Paul took the time to listen to my issues and come up with an active management plan to help. He had the time to listen to each and every issue I was experiencing and did not rush me to explain or dismiss any symptoms. In the space of 6 months, Paul was able to diagnose and treat something that I had been living with for years and had been dismissed by other doctors. Seeing Paul was the best decision I could have made and I’m now back to the person I was before the symptoms started. Could not recommended enough.
