I appreicated the fact Dr Little wanted to assess the full extent of the shoulder issue via MRI, before recommending any treatment/next steps. He was also very friendly and easy to talk too. It was a fantastic experience.

Dr. Little done my carpal tunnel surgery on one hand and is due to do the other in a couple of weeks time. He was very attentive and done a great job! Compared to others I have seen, I am very happy with how neat and tidy my scar is! He's matched it up perfectly and it's healed extremely well. He listened to everything I had to say and he's very understanding. I would highly recommend him.

Nick was very responsive to my particular circumstances and helped me to come to the decision to have a rotator cuff repair and associated surgeries. He shared all the information I needed before and after the surgery, and was realistic about the recovery challenges. Six months on and I have had an excellent result. I am very grateful for his care.

In September 2023 I was given a right shoulder replacement by Mr Little. What a delightful and easy person to talk with. I was in hospital for one night. Right from my initial assessment back in the January with one of Mr Little’s registrars, all the staff I came into contact with, both admin and clinical, were courteous and helpful. I was well cared for in hospital and felt confident with my new shoulder when discharged. In fact Mr Little was on the ward when I was leaving and came and spoke with my husband and myself before I left. I’ve had physiotherapy until this week (6th March 2024) which was when Mr Little discharged me. My right shoulder now has excellent strength and movement and I use it as normal (I’m right handed) NO PAIN. The plan now is for Mr Little to replace my arthritic left shoulder joint.
