Cannot recommend this specialist enough very caring and gave huge support and understanding from the initial appointment and aftercare. Had knee replacement 4 years ago with different consultant but this time knee revision, every aspect from the actual operation to the aftercare was so much better because of the methods he uses.

The treatment received from initial assessment to post op recovery has been excellent. Mr Howells is extremely attentive and explained all options extremely clearly but in a reassuring way that immediatly puts you at ease.
The knee surgery Mr Howells carried out on me has been a huge success with almost no external evidence of the procedure.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Howells.

Mr Howells has done both my knee replacements, very professional service, nice and friendly too, I can’t fault from start to finish. I have had a good experience and would highly recommend him to others requiring orthopaedics.

Mr Nick Howells is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon in Bristol.
He has an elective practice which focuses exclusively on knee surgery. He is
experienced in cartilage, meniscal and ligament injury repair and reconstruction, osteotomy, realignment and stabilization surgery and the management of early and advanced osteoarthritis including partial and total knee replacement and revision knee replacement.
