A quick and confident diagnosis. Kind and respectful on the day of the operation. Clear on aftercare and follow ups.The team (doctor and 2 nurses) were clearly happy working with each other as there was a very friendly and caring atmosphere which made me feel as comfortable and as relaxed as possible.

Dr Bhat and the two nurses were great this morning with the carpal tunnel procedure, explaining things clearly. Overall a very pleasant experience

I suffered with unusual symptoms, with severe pain in both my shoulders for a long time. I saw a number of doctors and physiotherapists, who insisted that I had a shoulder condition. All their tests and treatments failed to improve my pain. I was told to see Mr Bhat for a second opinion, as he regularly sees complex cases. He took a detailed history of my pain, then performed a meticulous examination. He was able to diagnose carpal tunnel syndrome at the first consultation when he also injected both my carpal tunnels. I’ve never been in pain since. It is now clear to me that carpal tunnel syndrome can cause “referred” pain to the shoulder/ elbow. I wish I’d seen Mr Bhat earlier since it took him a single consultation to diagnose and fix my condition!
