i HAD A RIGHT TOTAL HIP REPLACEMENT. He explained everything ,the procedure and everything I wanted to know . I felt comfortable asking anything and was always given very clear explanations . I felt fully confident and comfortable .
I am very happy with both procedure and outcome , I feel it has given me 10 yrs of life back !

Because I was an nhs patient , the admin team cancelled my first op date and a week before the next op date tried to cancel me again…..did nothing for my stress levels so this needs to be looked at. Refused the second cancellation
