I was sent to Mr Thomas at the Chaucer hospital in Canterbury for problems with controlling urine flow.
This entailed an operation on my prostrate which was carried out by Mr Thomas and this has alleviated the problem.
Whilst in Mr Thomas's care i could not have received better treatment.He gives great confidence & reassurance and is always happy to to be available to talk to you.
I would be extremely happy if the need arose in the future to be a patient of his.

My husband had a CT in April of 2018. To his surprise and obvious concern a growth was showing on his kidney. We instantly had a phone call from the cancer nurse specialist who arranged consultation appointment with Mr Thomas. We never looked back! Mr Thomas confirmed the diagnosis and between open discussions it was decided that he would not only take out the infected kidney but also the connected ureter ‘just incase’ as he put it! Surgery took place a few weeks later. Luckily for my husband Mr Thomas was more than happy to do the procedure using robitic surgery, one of the few surgeons qualified to use this equipment. My husband’s stay in hospital was minimal due to Mr Thomas using the robot, he was up and walking about within a day and discharged the next! His whole experience from start to finish was made to be seamless by Mr Thomas. He kept us totally up to speed always explaining if we were unsure of something. He personally phoned me when surgery was over to explain what he had done and I think over the 48 hours my husband was in hospital Mr Thomas ‘popped in’ to check on him numerous times. His professionalism and dedication to his patients and work shines through. He has a great bed side manner with a good sense of humour but still maintaining a caring and sincere side. My husband would not have one hesitation in recommending Mr Milan Thomas Consultant Urologist.
