What a lovely man. I was met with a warm reassuring smile. So easy to talk to. He attentively listened to all I had to say. Most of all he cured my reoccurring urine infections. After a year of almost continuous infections, its now been 8 months since seeing Mr Thomas and no infections dragging me down. Thank you so much .

After discovering blood in my pee, I had several tests and a CT Scan revealed a 5cm growth on my right kidney. Mr Thomas was very professional, calm and understanding. They only way forward was a complete removal of my kidney. Within 24 hours I had an operation date which was only 3 weeks away. It all went very well and I was home the following day to recuperate.. Mr Thomas and his team were simply fantastic and explained everything stage by stage and they basically saved my life. Clearly it took a few weeks to recover but within 10 weeks I cycled 50 miles in a hospice charity run without any side effects.. I'm pleased to say that I am recovering well and cannot thank Mr Thomas enough..

I had an appointment with Mr Thomas today. Obviously I was a little apprehensive due to my symptoms. At the appointment I was immediately put at ease by Mr Thomas's kind and empathetic approach, everything was explained in full and options given. Friendly and professional reassurance about my symptoms were given to me and I left feeling much better!

Following several years of deciding whether to have a cyst removed I spoke to Mr Thomas and he offered to carry out the procedure personally. The procedure had clearly become more complicated due to its size but felt totally confident that the knowledge and experience that Mr Thomas had there was nothing to worry about. After just meeting him for a post op appointment I am obviously delighted that everything is fine. I would like to thank Mr Thomas for his outstanding professionalism and The Chaucer Hospital for it's service throughout.

I saw Mr Milan Thomas in November 2023 for unexplained and frequent Urinary Tract infections That year which were causing great concern Although I had ,had negative bladder and kidney Scans my GP could’nt shed any light on them And kept giving me Antibiotics which did’nt cure The problem for long. When I saw Mr Thomas he was firstly very Understanding and extremely knowledgable I had a flexible cystology soon after the consultation to examine the bladder further I was nervous but he put me totally at ease And explained all was clear and recommended A suitable ongoing medication. I am so glad I came to see Mr Thomas and would recommend him to anyone Lucinda Denton (Miss)
