I was very frightened about the procedure I was to have but this consultant put my mind to rest and was so kind and had a great sense of humour which made me feel less scared - like all these things it wasn’t nearly as bad as I had thought. It was more like visiting an uncle that a doctor- if he reads this a big thank you to you sir!
