My husband had a recent operation for Dupuytrens performed by Mr Arsan which gave excellent results. Mr Arsan is a charming gentleman with a huge personality full of interesting anecdotes . He is a Doctor who is totally interested in his patients and is a pleasure to meet.

Simply outstanding! Above and far beyond what any patient could ever hope for. Difficult to express in words how thankful I am but I will do my best. On extremely short notice, Mr Arsen ordered a CT Scan to diagnose that my severely broken wrist needed immediate surgery.. He compassionately guided me and explained exactly what procedure was necessary.to prevent future complications and ensure full recovery. He managed to schedule my surgery for 3 days later. The care I received from Mr Arsen's PA Monica, the staff at the London Clinic and particularly the wonderful and extremely competent anesthesiologist Dr Denise Lim was beyond my expectations. On the day of my surgery, Mr Arsen was there in the morning to re-assure me. As I am from Canada, having surgery which required full anesthesia in a foreign country was very scary and overwhelming. However, Mr Matay's expertise, presence and care were exactly what I need to feel at ease and ready to face this ordeal. After the surgery, he explained to my husband exactly what he did. Then that evening at 6:30pm, after a full day of surgery, Mr Arsen returned to my room to go through everything again and explain what I should expect during the coming days. Mr Arsen's personal attention and compassion made this entire procedure liveable! Naturally his expertise as a surgeon resulted in a completely successful procedure. I am now on the way to a full recovery. My great thanks to Mr Matay for being there for me in my hour of need.

Great work with helping me fix my finger that was in pain and unusable for two years, where other surgeons were reluctant to operate on leaving me with a painful couple of years.
